Terms of Service

Welcome to tifphaniecamp.com (the “Site”), operated by Tifphanie Camp LMBT (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and the booking of services through it. By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for the purpose of learning about our services and requesting appointments. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are requested through our third-party scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee an appointment; appointments are confirmed once reviewed. Your use of the scheduling tool is also subject to Acuity’s own terms of service.

Intake Information

New clients are asked to complete an intake form prior to their first session. You agree to provide accurate and complete information to help ensure your session is safe and effective. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety or suitability of your session.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the price of the service scheduled.

No Medical Advice

Services offered by Tifphanie Camp, including CranioSacral Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, are complementary bodywork modalities. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician. If you have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before booking a session.

Assumption of Risk / Liability

You acknowledge that bodywork services carry inherent risks and that you are voluntarily participating with knowledge of those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tifphanie Camp is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Site or participation in a session, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Tifphanie Camp and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Acuity Scheduling and Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tifphanie Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
